Gold in Paris: Excellence Recognized in France

Apis Nativa’s debut at the Paris International Honey Awards could not have been more impressive. The product Special Reserve Mild Flavor Honey, from the Célio Silva Special Reserve line, won the Gold Medal in the Quality Category, standing out among entries from several countries. The honey was the only Brazilian product to receive a Gold award in this category in the 2025 edition.

Produced from a carefully selected blend of premium honeys, Special Reserve Mild Flavor Honey impressed the judges with its sensory balance, delicate texture, and refined aromatic profile. The award highlights the company’s ability to transform Brazil’s rich biodiversity into products of international excellence.

Outstanding Recognition in London

While Paris celebrated the excellence of Bee Brazil’s traditional honey, London also recognized the brand’s capacity for innovation.

At the 2025 London International Honey Awards, Bee Brazil received four major distinctions:

  • Special Reserve Mild Flavor Honey — Gold Medal in the Quality Category.
  • Hot Honey — Gold Medal in the Infused Honey Category for its delicious honey infused with chili peppers.
  • Just Honey & Fruit – Passion Fruit — Platinum Medal, the highest distinction in the infused honey category, combining pure honey and passion fruit.
  • Pineapple Hot Honey — Platinum Medal for the innovative blend of honey, chili peppers, and pineapple.

These results demonstrate Bee Brazil’s versatility, earning recognition both for traditional products and for innovative creations that combine natural ingredients with unique sensory experiences.

A Brazilian Brand Among the Best in the World
